Article - Encoura Standard Export Layout

Data Center File Resources

These are files generated for your institution from searches built in Class Planner®, or other sources. Please note that the CSV sample file below should be opened using a text editor (such as Notepad or TextEdit) to ensure no loss of leading zeros and other key formatting found when opening in Excel. 

The following file types use the Encoura Standard Export Layout:
  • Prospect
  • AOS
  • Affinity
  • eMatch®
  • Declared

The file name exported will follow a standard naming convention:

     [FileType]_[CreatedDate]_[FICE]_[OrderName].csv

Example: Affinity_20250101_012345_Affinity_Search_Jan2025.csv indicates an Affinity file created on 01/01/2025 for FICE Number 012345 and the Class Planner Order Name is Affinity Search Jan2025.

2026-2027 Encoura Standard Export Layout

The 2026-2027 Encoura Standard Export layout will go into effect July 1, 2026. To see the changes in the layout, refer to the documents below. The layout documentation is provided in two forms, Excel and PDF. The same information is available in each document. A sample file is also attached below for your convenience. 

Prior to July 1, 2026, please refer to the 2025-2026 documents listed below.
