Article - ACT College Score Report File Layout & Resources
These documents outline the CSV and PDF file formats for ACT Score Reports in the Encoura platform. The ACT College Score Reporting Service Layout files contain similar information in two versions (PDF and Excel).
The file name exported will follow a standard naming convention:
ACT-[OrganizationName]-[CreatedDate]-[CreatedTime].csv
Example: ACT-SAMPLE-UNIVERSITY-01012025-80030.csv indicates an ACT file created for Sample University on 01/01/2025 at 8:00:30 AM.
Please note: The sample CSV file below should be opened using a text editor (such as Notepad or TextEdit) to ensure no loss of leading zeros and other key formatting found when opening in Excel.
