The documentation and sample files below detail the changes that went into effect on April 1, 2025. Please refer to this documentation for these minor changes.
These documents outline the CSV and PDF file formats for ACT Score Reports in the Encoura platform. The ACT College Score Reporting Service Layout files contain similar information in two versions (PDF and Excel).
Please note: The sample CSV file below should be opened using a text editor (such as Notepad or TextEdit) to ensure no loss of leading zeros and other key formatting found when opening in Excel.

Note: This layout is different from the Encoura Standard Export used for Encoura products such as Prospect, eMatch, Affinity, Modeling, etc. For information on those files, go to Encoura Standard Export File Layouts. |
