The documentation and sample files below detail the most current details regarding the ACT® College Score Reporting file layout. The last major changes were introduced in September 2020. No additional changes have been made for 2024.
These documents outline the CSV and PDF file formats for ACT Score Reports in the Encoura platform. The ACT-College-Score-Reporting-Service-Layout files contain similar information in two versions (PDF/Excel). The Excel version also includes legacy values for those interested in seeing the changes between the current and previous layouts.
Please note: The sample CSV file below should be opened using a text editor (such as Notepad or TextEdit) to ensure no loss of leading zeros and other key formatting found when opening in Excel.
