Browser Errors
If you experience browser issues of any kind, they can typically be resolved by deleting your browser history and restarting your browser. Here are instructions for accepted browsers:
Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click the three dots (more) icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "History" and then "Clear browsing data".
- Choose a time range (select All Time) and select the types of data you want to delete (choose Browsing History, Cookies, and Cached Images and Files).
- Click "Clear data".
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Edge and click the three dots (more) icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Delete Browsing Data.
- Choose a time range (select All Time) and select the types of data you want to delete (choose Browsing History, Cookies, and Cached Images and Files).
- Click "Clear now".
Firefox:
- Open Firefox and click the three horizontal lines (menu) icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "History" and then "Clear Recent History".
- Choose a time range (select Everything) and select the types of data you want to delete (choose Browsing & Download History, Cookies and site data, and Temporary Cached Files).
- Click "Clear".
