The Encoura financial aid products require data from your campus to provide the best possible outcomes. The documentation below is used to support Award+™ and Personalized Financial Aid Videos.

Award+ is a predictive modeling solution that combines advanced data analytics with strategic human insight to help institutions optimize financial aid as a lever for enrollment, retention, and net revenue growth. Customers using Award+ will need to provide three years of historical data to assist with building your model. Once your model is built, you can use the same data formats to send periodic updates to Encoura on students currently in your enrollment funnel. These updates can be weekly or daily and typically come from two sources:

• Enrollment Data - This data typically comes from your CRM and uses our Encoura Standard Import Layout so if you're already providing this data to Encoura for other products, you're all set! 
• Financial Aid/Award Data - This data typically comes from your Financial Aid system and uses the Encoura Financial Aid Layout documented below. This file should be provided on the same day as your Enrollment Data so we can match up the records appropriately. 

NOTE: The Encoura Financial Aid Layout will not be supported until July 1, 2026. At that point, you'll be able to upload your data in Data Center or using the Encoura API or SFTP. If you have any questions about the product or timing of data uploads, please refer to the Award+ FAQ.
